Winston E. Cooper was born in Monrovia, Liberia and has made Columbus home for 19 years. A current member of the United States Army Reserves, Winston is a Veteran of a Foreign War and was deployed to Iraq in 2011. He is a current board member of his HOA and Liberians In Columbus Inc. (LICI).
